Instructions:
To use this background on your blog simply follow the steps below:
STEP 1:
Sign into you blog. You will then see a screen called "Dashboard"
STEP 2:
Click on layout under the blog that you want to apply the background to. This takes you to the "Page Elements" screen.
STEP 3:
Click the "Add a Gadget" link in the lower center of the screen. This takes you to the "Add a Gadget" screen.
